Ross Engineering currently has several vacancies.

July 2008. Metal Fabricator: General duties of trade including structural steel fabrication, welding & cutting. Includes workshop and site work. Must have Cert III trade qualification or above, be able to read structural drawings and pass welding test to AS2980. Alice Springs based position with regular overtime available. Above award wages payable.

July 2008. Apprentice Fitter Machinist: Must have completed at least year 11 and have mechanical aptitude. The apprenticeship is competency based and will be around 3 1/2 to 4 years in duration. Competencies in lathe, milling and machine shop skills as well as mechanical fitting will be gained leading to employment opportunities throughout Australia.
