ProBlast offers In Chamber and Onsite services for:

Abrasive blasting

Abrasive blast chamber with full grit recovery. All items from structural steel, trailers large and small to Aunty Ruth’s metal pot plant can be blasted. On site capability with engine driven compressor, truck and portable blasting equipment.

Industrial spray painting

Industrial protective coatings, including zinc phosphates, inorganic zinc silicate, high build epoxies, and urethane coatings.
Items for painting could include bridges, structural steelwork, metalwork, trailers, machinery, and much more.

Equipment Specifications

Blasting machinery:

Chamber 15m x 4.5m x 4.5m, using steel grit with full dust extraction and grit recovery system. Air supplied via 75kW compressor and refrigerated dryer for best quality air.
A portable engine driven compressor and blast pot is available for on site blasting application. Garnet sand or staurolite available for these applications.

Painting machinery:

Air operated spraying equipment as well as airless systems are used. Electronic and manual paint thickness testers and atmospheric testers are used.

Expertise

Operators with relevant industry experience, as well as an ongoing training of new operators.
