Overview

Ross Engineering has been serving Central Australia for over 60 years. The current directors have been at the helm since 1983, and currently employ over 35 staff, including at least 7 apprentices. Ross Engineering services a range of industries throughout Central Australia and beyond; customers include government, mining, oil and gas, building and construction, transport and the pastoral industries. Skilled trades people form the backbone of our workforce, and a continuous program of training and skills enhancement underpins our efforts to improve our levels of quality, service delivery and customer satisfaction. We believe in honesty, fair dealing and value for money when dealing with our clients.

Our Goals

Our goal is to participate in the development of Alice Springs and the Northern Territory through innovation, service and hard work. We are committed to expanding our skills base through recruitment and training. We always look for opportunities for expansion and we also look to mutually rewarding relationships with our customers and suppliers to fulfill this goal.

We have developed quality systems and procedures to ensure consistent quality and services. These procedures have been developed over the years and are under a continuous process of review to ensure that these systems continue to work with changes in the company structure or work profile.
